What we're looking for
We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer with high autonomy to own the product end-to-end: architecture, development, deploy and observability. You'll be central to evolving the MVP into a scalable SaaS platform, helping define both the technical stack and company culture.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the SaaS platform end-to-end (design → build → deploy → monitor)
- Develop dashboards, reports and integrations focused on usability and customer value
- Translate product and customer needs into robust production solutions
- Design scalable, resilient and performant systems (APIs, databases, cache, queues)
- Establish architecture and infrastructure foundations for future growth
- Set up CI/CD, testing, logging/monitoring and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with founders on roadmap and product decision-making
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering SaaS products end-to-end
- Strong experience in frontend and backend (React, Vue or similar on front)
- Comfort with architecture, APIs, databases and cloud
- Deep understanding of scalability, reliability and performance
- Ability to define the stack and execute with speed and quality
- Experience setting up CI/CD, testing and monitoring in production
- Prior ad-tech experience not required — domain knowledge comes from founders and customers
