What You'll Do

Develop and maintain robust web applications focused on streamlining critical payment and chargeback operations.
Drive end-to-end feature ownership, from designing scalable APIs and data layers to crafting intuitive user interfaces.
Architect and implement high-performance, data-rich dashboards and tools, handling large datasets with efficiency and speed (e.g., tables, filters, exports, charts).
Identify and automate complex manual financial workflows, transforming them into efficient, reliable software solutions.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in backend engineering with Go and/or Node.js, including designing, implementing, and maintaining production-grade APIs, services, and background processing systems.
At least 3+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally working on complex internal tools or user-facing operational dashboards that manage critical business processes.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, coupled with hands-on experience in Angular or a similar modern frontend framework, with a readiness to specialize and excel in Angular development.
Solid understanding of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, with the ability to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage data effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to financial correctness and data integrity, understanding that accuracy is paramount in payment and chargeback systems.
